23 Chait, Kathmandu. In the middle of the war between Russia and Ukraine, Ukraine has written a letter to the Nepalese government and demanded to stop Russian climbers from climbing. The Nepal government has not banned any climbers. According to the Department of Tourism, Russian climbers continue to come to Nepal to climb Mount Everest. As of Wednesday, a total of 14 Russian mountaineers have received permission to climb Mount Everest.

According to the data of the department, till Wednesday, a total of 176 climbers from 19 groups have taken permission to climb Mount Everest. In which 14 people including 4 women have received permission from Russia.

There is data that 2 Russian citizens have obtained permission for mountains other than Everest. According to this, a total of 16 Russian climbers have received permission to climb the mountain by Wednesday. Meanwhile, not a single climber has come from another warring country, Ukraine.

As of Wednesday, the maximum number of 42 people from America have taken permission to climb Mount Everest. 21 from UK, 15 from India, 10 each from Nepal and Canada have taken permission.

Citizens of a total of 38 countries have taken permission to climb Mount Everest. Till Wednesday, 451 people from 53 groups have taken permission to climb a total of 16 mountains including Everest. Citizens from a total of 59 countries have come to Nepal. 81 people came from America the most.
